Here’s how to do it:

First, make sure you’ve upgraded your account to White Label Add-On.

Then, follow these steps:

1. Create CNAME records

Use Bluehost? Click here

Use GoDaddy? Click here

Use Google Domains? Click here

Use Namecheap? Click here

Use WordPress? Click here

Use Wix? Click here

Use Squarespace? Click here

Not what you use? Search for your hosting CNAME records on Google.

2. Set the Host To Your Chosen Subdomain

Note: If you’re unsure how to do this, check your domain host’s help center or contact their support for instructions.

3. Connect Your Domain

After setting up the CNAME, it might take up to 48 hours for the changes to take effect.

Use a tool like What’s my DNS?” to check if your CNAME record is set up correctly.

Update ClientManager Settings:
Log in to your ClientManager account.
Go to Settings > Company > Custom Email
Enter your custom domain in the provided field and save the changes.

If you’re having trouble with this, please check:

Typos: Check the spelling on both the ClientManager registration page and your web host’s CNAME record.
Domain Taken: The combination of the domain you chose is already in use.
Subdomain Taken: The combination of the subdomain you chose is already in use.
Easy-Connect Issue: If you used our easy-connect feature, it might have failed because the login to your domain host didn’t work properly.
