Replace our domains with your own.

It looks more professional, and it’s better for your brand.

So let’s say goodbye to yourdomain.clientmanager.io and hello to portal.yourdomain.com.

Here’s how to do it:

First, make sure you’ve upgraded your account to White Label Add-On.

Then, follow these steps:

Step 1: Add Your Domain

- Enter your domain with a subdomain in the input field.
- Example: example.company.com

Step 2: Add CNAME Records to Your DNS Panel

- Click the “Authenticate your domain” button.
- You will see two CNAME records in Modal.
- Copy these records one by one.
- Create CNAME type records in your DNS panel using the provided information.
- If created correctly, you should see a green checkmark in the “IS VERIFIED” column of the “Authenticate your domain” table within 24-72 hours.

Step 3: Add CloudFront Record to Your DNS Panel

- A third CNAME record for CloudFront will appear once you see the green checkmark.
- Example:
Name: example.company.com
Value: example123cc.cloudfront.net
- Copy this information and create another CNAME type record in your DNS panel.
- If created correctly, your domain (example.company.com) should sync with clientmanager.io within 2-3 hours.
