Transparency about Data Collection and Use
This app uses the Google Calendar API to access your calendar events. This allows us to Create an event, display upcoming events, and schedule meetings with others based on their availability. We will not access your guest lists or private event details unless explicitly enabled by you for specific features.

User Consent and Minimization
Connecting your Google Calendar to our app grants us permission to access your calendar events. You can revoke this permission at any time through your Google account settings. We request only the basic event information like titles, times, and locations to function properly. We will not access or store any additional data without your knowledge and consent.

Security and Storage
We take user data security seriously. We use industry-standard security practices to protect your calendar data from unauthorized access. User data is stored on secure Google servers and is only accessed for the purposes described in this policy. We will retain your data only for as long as you use our app. You can delete your data and revoke access at any time through your app settings.

Compliance with Google's Policies
Our app complies with Google's API Services User Data Policy. We do not use your calendar data for advertising or sell it to third parties. We will also comply with all applicable privacy laws and regulations.

Once you share your content to a social media platform, its use will be governed by that platform’s privacy policy. For example, if you choose to connect your YouTube account to our Service, this connection uses YouTube’s API services, and the YouTube Terms of Services located at and Google Privacy Policy located at will apply to you.

ClientManager may process your Personal Data because:

  • The processing is in our legitimate interests and it is not overridden by your rights

Data Controller / Data Processor

In the delivery of our Service, we may act in the capacity of a ‘Data Controller’ or ‘Data Processor’ with regard to the Personal Data processed through the use of our Service (as defined under, including but not limited to, the UK Data Protection Act 2018 and the EU General Data Protection Regulation).


We are considered a ‘Data Controller’ and/or ‘Data Processor’ depending on the circumstance in which your Personal Data is handled by us. A ‘Data Controller’ determines the purposes, types, and means of processing Personal Data, while a ‘Data Processor’ is considered the organization that processes the Personal Data on behalf of the ‘Data Controller’.


To the extent that international data protection laws apply to the processing of Personal Data through the use of our Service, and to ensure that such data is processed in a safe and secure manner, our standard Data Processing Agreement (“DPA”) and attached Standard Contractual Clauses (“SCC’s”) (available on request) are incorporated by reference and form part of this Privacy Policy, unless expressly provided otherwise in writing by both parties. 

Retention of Data

ClientManager will retain your Personal Data only for as long as is necessary for the purposes set out in this Privacy Policy. We will retain and use your Personal Data to the extent necessary to comply with our legal obligations (for example, if we are required to retain your data to comply with applicable laws), resolve disputes and enforce our legal agreements and policies.

ClientManager will also retain Usage Data for internal analysis purposes. Usage Data is generally retained for a shorter period of time, except when this data is used to strengthen the security or to improve the functionality of our Service, or we are legally obligated to retain this data for longer periods.

Transfer of Data

Client Manager utilizes cloud computing, meaning your information, including Personal Data, may be transferred to - and maintained on - computers located outside of your state, province, country or other governmental jurisdiction where the data protection laws may differ from those of your jurisdiction.

Your consent to this Privacy Policy followed by your submission of such information represents your agreement to that transfer.

ClientManager will take all the steps reasonably necessary to ensure that your data is treated securely and in accordance with this Privacy Policy and no transfer of your Personal Data will take place to an organisation or a country unless there are adequate controls in place including the security of your data and other personal information. Client Manager  will transfer your Personal Data to countries deemed having adequate levels of data protection as determined by the European Commission.

If Client Manager shares your Personal Data with entities located in non-EEA jurisdictions which, according to the European Commission and the Court of Justice of the European Union through its Schrems II decision, do not offer an adequate level of protection to personal information, the GDPR authorizes other solutions to address lawful cross-border transfers. We may rely on our DPA with attached SCC’s approved by the European Commission or other appropriate solutions to address cross-border transfers as required or permitted by Articles 46 and 49 of the GDPR. Where required by such laws, you may request a copy of the suitable mechanisms we have in place by contacting us. 


Disclosure of Data

Business Transaction

If ClientManager is involved in a merger, acquisition or asset sale, your Personal Data may be transferred and/or shared with the relevant party/parties.

Disclosure for Law Enforcement

Under certain circumstances, ClientManager may be required to disclose your Personal Data if required to do so by law or in response to valid requests by public authorities (e.g. a court or a government agency).

Service Providers / Third-party Subprocessors

We may employ third party companies and individuals to facilitate our Service, provide the Service on our behalf, perform Service-related services or assist us in analysing how our Service is used ("Service Providers" or “Subprocessors”).


To support the delivery of our Services, these third parties or Subprocessors have access to your Personal Data  only to perform these tasks on our behalf and are obligated not to disclose or use it for any other purpose. Prior to engaging any third party Subprocessor, we perform an appropriate due diligence and execute an agreement requiring each Subprocessor to maintain minimum acceptable security practices.
